Architectural Designer



We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team in Karachi, Pakistan. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing architectural plans and drawings for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for projects
- Utilize AutoCAD and other software to create detailed architectural plans and drawings
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and construction techniques
- Attend site visits to ensure design accuracy and progress of projects
- Provide support to the project manager throughout the entire design process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience in architectural design or drafting
- Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or other relevant software programs
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

This position is based in Karachi, Pakistan.
