We are in search of a talented Merchandiser to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the production and distribution of products for our company. This is a full-time position with an urgent need for immediate hire.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to determine product specifications and requirements
- Negotiate pricing and payment terms with suppliers
- Monitor production processes to ensure timely delivery of products
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing suppliers
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and consumer demand
- Analyze sales data to make informed decisions on product assortment and inventory levels
- Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of merchandising strategies
- Manage inventory levels to optimize stock availability while minimizing excess inventory
- Assist in product development by providing input on design, packaging, and pricing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role within the retail industry
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
