Senior Barista

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Senior Barista to join our team at our bustling café in Riyadh. As the Senior Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the café, and providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, including equipment, tools, and supplies.
- Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed when handling and preparing food items.
- Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner, take orders, process payments, and handle any customer inquiries or concerns.
- Train new baristas on proper drink preparation techniques, customer service skills, and café procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, etc. to ensure they are always well-stocked.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to prepare food items such as sandwiches or pastries to accompany drinks.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding health code regulations.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working as a barista in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of different coffee bean types, brewing methods, and latte art techniques.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
- Customer-oriented with exceptional multitasking skills.
- Flexibility to work full-time hours including weekends.
