Job Title: Registered Nurse - Nizwa, Oman


We are hiring a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and promoting health and wellness within our facility.

Responsibilities:
- Assessing patient health needs and developing individualized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring patient progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care
- Educating patients and their families on disease management, prevention, and self-care techniques
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documenting all nursing interventions
- Adhering to established protocols, policies, and procedures to ensure quality care delivery

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field from an accredited institution
- Valid nursing license in Oman or eligibility to obtain one upon hire
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
