The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our busy restaurant in Lom, managing a team of staff and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a seasonal job with a salary of $1700, and we are specifically looking for an Egyptian candidate who is fluent in English and has a valid biometric passport.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and train staff to provide excellent customer service
- Create schedules and assign duties to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant
- Handle customer complaints and resolve them in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and quality control
- Develop strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role

- Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Valid biometric passport
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
