Experienced Handyman in Sofia, Bulgaria

We are seeking an experienced Handyman to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on buildings and facilities. This is a contract job with a salary of 1000$ per month, with the possibility of renewal based on performance. Applicants must have a valid biometric passport and must be able to work legally in Bulgaria.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, etc.
- Perform general repairs and fixes on furniture, equipment, and appliances.
- Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner.
- Keep track of inventory and report any needed supplies or equipment.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Must have a valid biometric passport and legal right to work in Bulgaria.

Preferred qualifications:
- Prior experience working in a contract job or as a freelancer.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor if needed.
