IT Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Jerusalem. This is a contract position, ideal for freshers looking to gain valuable experience in the field of Information Technology.

As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's technology infrastructure. This includes overseeing hardware and software installations, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring that all systems are up-to-date and functioning properly. You will also be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals and providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in information technology, with experience in managing complex systems and leading teams. A high level of technical expertise and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with other departments and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the company's technology infrastructure
- Oversee hardware and software installations
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Ensure all systems are up-to-date and functioning properly
- Manage a team of IT professionals
- Provide guidance and support to ensure efficient operations
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs
- Develop strategies for implementing new technologies
- Monitor system performance, security, and backups
- Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in information technology management or a similar role
- Strong technical background with knowledge of hardware, software, networks, security, etc.
- Experience managing teams and providing guidance/support to team members
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with other departments/stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: $1100/month (USD)
Location: Jerusalem (Preference for Indian nationality)
