We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Manager to join our team in Jerusalem, Israel. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, ensuring the security and functionality of our network and systems, and implementing new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our data
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network systems
- Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or improvements as needed
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for data privacy and security
- Develop disaster recovery plans in case of system failures or cyber attacks
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for their integration into our systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of networking principles and practices
- Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and data backup solutions
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and tools
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards success
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with various departments within the company

Salary: $1500 USD per month.
