Concierge for English Speaking Tourists in Nairobi

Our luxury hotel in Nairobi is seeking a skilled Concierge to provide exceptional service to our English speaking guests. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their travel plans, recommending local attractions and activities, and providing personalized service to ensure a memorable stay. This position requires fluency in English and knowledge of the city's top tourist destinations. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Make reservations for tours or other activities requested by guests
- Ensure all guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of current events and special offers in the city
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience as a Concierge or in the hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Strong knowledge of Nairobi's top tourist destinations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary: $1700/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Nairobi, Kenya

Accommodation: Not provided. This position is open to Pakistani or Egyptian nationals who already have accommodation in Nairobi.
