Concierge for Luxury Hotel in Nairobi

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge to join our luxury hotel in Nairobi. As a member of our guest services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their stay. Your duties will include assisting guests with their inquiries, making reservations, arranging transportation and activities, and maintaining the overall appearance of the hotel lobby.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a high-end hotel or resort as a concierge. You must possess excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as strong knowledge of the local area and attractions. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in other languages is highly desirable.

This position offers a competitive salary of 1400$, along with free visa and ticket for foreign hires. Accommodation is not provided, so we prefer candidates who are already based in Nairobi or can arrange their own housing. Pakistani nationals are encouraged to apply, but we welcome candidates of any nationality who meet the requirements.
