We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Almada. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various online channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through email, chat, and social media to address inquiries, concerns, and provide solutions
- Understand client needs and offer appropriate products or services
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Keep up-to-date with company products, services, and promotions to effectively assist clients
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues or escalate as needed
- Utilize CRM software to track client interactions and maintain accurate records
- Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or sales, preferably in an online environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Proven ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail
