Sales Manager


We are a leading retail company in Al-Kuwait, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all sales operations, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and developing strategies to increase our customer base.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and training as needed
- Set achievable sales targets for the team and monitor their progress towards achieving them
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential customers
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to develop effective sales campaigns and promotions
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and new products/services in the market

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in the retail industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
