Executive Chef - Indian Cuisine (Contract)


We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef with a passion for Indian cuisine to join our team on a contract basis. As the head of our kitchen, you will be responsible for creating and overseeing the menu, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring high-quality food is consistently delivered to our guests. You must have extensive knowledge and experience in preparing authentic Indian dishes, as well as strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A biometric passport is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a menu of authentic Indian dishes that reflects our restaurant's concept and meets guest expectations
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
- Collaborate with management to develop promotions or special menus featuring Indian cuisine
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef specializing in Indian cuisine
- Strong knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques, spices, and ingredients
- Ability to create new dishes while maintaining authenticity in taste and presentation
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Biometric passport required for international travel purposes

Working Conditions:
This is a contract position based in Medina. As an English speaking job, fluency in English is required. The salary for this position is 1700$. Candidates must have at least a high school diploma (12 pass) or equivalent. This opportunity is open to all nationalities.
