Waiter/Waitress - Bayan, Canada

We are seeking a friendly and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a popular restaurant in Bayan, Canada. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and make recommendations based on customer preferences
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Deliver orders to tables promptly and accurately
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns professionally
- Process payments using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area and assist with setting up tables for new customers

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a busy restaurant preferred
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (French language skills would be an asset)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month plus tips.
