Land Surveyor
Location: Muscat, Oman


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor for our company in Muscat. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting field surveys, analyzing data, and preparing maps and reports. The ideal candidate will have experience in land surveying and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys using modern equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Collect and analyze data to determine precise measurements of land boundaries, elevations, and features
- Prepare accurate maps, reports, and legal descriptions based on survey data
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accurate placement of structures on land
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure it is in good working condition at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor or related role
- Proficient in the use of modern surveying equipment and software
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalee candidates preferred)
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for field surveys

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.

Note:
This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must have their own housing arrangements in Muscat.
