Merchandiser for Fashion Retail Company in Albena, Bulgaria



We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our fashion retail company in Albena, Bulgaria. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for selecting and purchasing products to be sold in our stores, as well as monitoring inventory levels and ensuring products are displayed in an attractive manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Researching current fashion trends and customer preferences to inform purchasing decisions
- Negotiating with suppliers to secure the best deals for our company
- Collaborating with the design team to develop new product lines that meet market demands
- Analyzing sales data and making adjustments to inventory levels accordingly
- Creating visual displays for products in store to attract customers
- Ensuring products are priced accurately and competitively
- Attending trade shows and market events to stay updated on industry trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in merchandising, preferably in the fashion industry
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong eye for design and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions based on market trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Fluent English communication skills

Salary:
Starting salary of 1700$ per month with potential for growth based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Albena, Bulgaria.
