Indian Merchandiser in Albena, Bulgaria


We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Indian Merchandiser to join our team in Albena, Bulgaria. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the planning and execution of product displays and promotions to increase sales and ensure customer satisfaction. You will work closely with suppliers, sales teams, and store managers to ensure that products are displayed correctly and in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers to order products and ensure timely delivery
- Plan product displays and promotions according to company guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking as needed
- Communicate with sales teams to gather feedback on product performance and customer preferences
- Ensure that all products are accurately priced and have appropriate signage
- Work with store managers to ensure that displays are set up correctly and maintained throughout the day
- Train sales associates on product knowledge, promotions, and display techniques
- Attend trade shows or events as needed to source new products or gather market information

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Fluent in English
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have a biometric passport for international travel

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1700 per month.
