Heavy Equipment Operator

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator with a strong work ethic to join our team in Moscow. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and cranes. Your main duties will include preparing and grading construction sites, loading and unloading materials, and performing routine maintenance on equipment.

To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment and possess a valid operator's license. You must also have a good understanding of safety procedures and be able to follow instructions accurately. Physical stamina and the ability to work in all weather conditions are also essential.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and cranes
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning debris, grading land, and digging trenches
- Load and unload materials onto trucks or conveyor belts
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Complete daily logs of machine usage and report any malfunctions or repairs needed
- Communicate effectively with fellow workers and supervisors to coordinate tasks

Requirements:
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as a Heavy Equipment Operator
- Valid operator's license for the equipment being operated
- Good understanding of safety procedures
- Ability to read instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to work long hours in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Preferred:
- Experience working on construction sites preferred
- Knowledge of basic mechanics for troubleshooting minor issues

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable)
Location: Moscow (candidates from India preferred)
Job Type: Full-time (part-time considered for highly experienced candidates)
