Facade Designer


We are looking for a skilled and experienced Facade Designer to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Facade Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for building facades. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and efficient facade designs that meet client requirements and budget constraints
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for facade construction
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the successful implementation of facade designs
- Conduct research on new materials and techniques to improve the performance and aesthetics of building facades
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to building facades
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their expectations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facade design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software
- Strong understanding of construction materials and techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working on international projects
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Fluency in English
