Architecture Manager



We are hiring an Architecture Manager to join our team in Las Vegas! As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our architectural projects. Your role will involve working closely with clients, leading a team of architects and designers, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, including budget estimates
- Lead a team of architects and designers in the development of architectural designs
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their requirements
- Oversee the production of construction drawings and specifications
- Review project progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture, preferably in a managerial role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software programs
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
1300$ per month

Location:
Las Vegas (preferred)
