Junior Commercial Architect



As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and planning of commercial buildings and structures in Los Angeles. Your main duty will be to support the senior architects in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet the needs and budget of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior architects to develop design concepts for commercial projects
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D drawings
- Research building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements
- Assist in preparing construction documents, including plans, specifications, and cost estimates
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility and functionality
- Visit project sites to conduct surveys and document existing conditions
- Participate in client meetings and presentations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- 1+ years of experience in commercial architecture (internship experience may be considered)
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

This is a contract job with a salary of $1400 per month. Accommodation will be provided for applicants who are willing to relocate to Los Angeles.
