We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a luxury hotel in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences and a strong background in fine dining.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all menu items for the hotel's restaurants, banquets, and room service
- Develop creative and innovative menus that reflect current food trends and seasonal ingredients
- Train and manage kitchen staff, ensuring high quality standards are met
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including purchasing, inventory control, and food safety
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen to meet health code standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of food services throughout the hotel
- Stay updated on industry trends and constantly strive for improvement in all areas of the kitchen

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Extensive knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and presentation styles
- Excellent communication skills to effectively work with other departments and guests
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
