Facade Technician


We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Facade Technician to join our team in Multan. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of building facades. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install various types of building facades, including glass, metal panels, and stone cladding
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on existing facades to ensure proper functioning and identify any necessary repairs
- Perform repairs on damaged or malfunctioning facades using appropriate tools and techniques
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure proper installation and functionality of facades
- Keep accurate records of all work performed, including maintenance schedules and repair logs
- Stay updated on industry standards and best practices for facade installation and maintenance
- Adhere to all safety regulations while working at heights or with heavy materials

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in facade installation or maintenance preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and able to work at heights or in challenging weather conditions if needed
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with other team members and clients
