We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced part-time construction manager to oversee our projects in Funchal. As a construction manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a construction manager
- Extensive knowledge of building codes and regulations in Funchal
- Proven track record of managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources needed
- Oversee the execution of construction projects from start to finish
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure project deadlines are met
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations throughout the construction process
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, and other personnel involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to inspect work progress and address any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure successful completion of projects
