Head Baker
As the Head Baker at our busy bakery in Nairobi, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the baking process, from ingredient preparation to final product presentation. This position requires a highly skilled and creative baker with experience in a variety of baking techniques and a passion for producing high-quality baked goods.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all operations of the bakery, including ingredient inventory, production schedules, and staff management
- Create and implement new recipes, taking into account dietary restrictions and customer preferences
- Ensure that all baked goods are made in accordance with food safety standards
- Train and supervise baking staff to ensure consistent quality and efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a professional baker
- Experience creating new recipes and developing menus
- Knowledge of various baking techniques, including breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a team effectively
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining consistency and efficiency

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 per month.

Location:
This job is based in Nairobi but is open to candidates from Canada or other English-speaking countries. Visa sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates.
