We are searching for a skilled Database Administrator to join our team in Ufa. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our company's databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of database management systems and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve any database-related issues.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor database performance and ensure data integrity
- Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies
- Create and maintain database documentation, including data standards, procedures, and definitions
- Optimize database performance through query tuning and indexing
- Troubleshoot database errors and provide timely resolutions
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure integration of databases with other applications
- Perform regular system updates and upgrades as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Database Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of SQL language and relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, etc.)
- Familiarity with database design principles, data warehousing, and data mining techniques
- Ability to troubleshoot complex database issues quickly and efficiently
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Good understanding of security practices for databases

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Ufa (open to international applicants)
