Computer Support Specialist

We are hiring a Computer Support Specialist to join our IT team in Herzliya. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will provide technical support to our company's employees and troubleshoot any issues they may encounter with hardware or software. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating our company's computer systems and ensuring their security. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users. This is a full-time position with no accommodation provided, open to all nationalities.

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or related role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and networks
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Experience with installing and configuring computer systems
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for all company employees via phone, email, or in person as needed
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues reported by employees
- Install new computer systems and configure them according to company standards
- Perform regular maintenance on computer systems to ensure their performance and security
- Assist with the implementation of new technology or upgrades
- Create user accounts and manage permissions for company systems as needed
- Keep track of inventory for computers, peripherals, and software licenses
- Document all support activities and resolutions for future reference
- Communicate effectively with non-technical users about technical issues
- Collaborate with other members of the IT team on projects or initiatives
