Our company, located in Shan City, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finisher to join our team. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for completing the final touches on our products to ensure they meet our quality standards. This position requires someone with excellent hand-eye coordination and the ability to work with precision.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect finished products for any defects or imperfections
- Sand, buff, and polish surfaces to achieve desired finish
- Apply paint or other finishes using various tools and techniques
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Meet production targets while maintaining quality standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finisher or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Knowledge of different types of finishes and their application methods
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods of time
- High school diploma or equivalent
