Online Consultant - Entry Level (English Speaking)


We are a leading online company based in Mauren, seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Online Consultant. This is an entry level position with great potential for growth and development within the company.

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various online channels such as chat, email, and social media. Your main objective will be to assist customers with their inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues or concerns they may have.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. You should also possess strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. While previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred, it is not required as we are willing to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently through various online channels
- Provide accurate product information and assist customers with making purchasing decisions

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required
