Handyman Technician

We are in need of a skilled Handyman Technician to join our team in Faisalabad. As a Handyman Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on residential and commercial properties. This includes plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general handyman work. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a similar role and possess strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaky faucets, changing light bulbs, and repairing drywall
- Conduct basic electrical repairs such as replacing outlets and light switches
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and make necessary repairs
- Repair or replace damaged doors, windows, and other fixtures
- Complete minor carpentry work such as building shelves or repairing furniture
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies when needed
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of general repair techniques for plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.
- Ability to read blueprints and diagrams is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact with clients professionally
- Physically capable of performing manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
- Must be detail-oriented with good time management skills
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month. This includes free visa and ticket for international candidates.
