Job Title: Handyman Supervisor

We are in need of a skilled Handyman Supervisor to oversee our team of handymen and ensure the successful completion of various maintenance and repair tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handyman work and possess excellent leadership skills. They will be responsible for delegating tasks, managing the team's schedule, and ensuring quality work is being done. The Handyman Supervisor will also be expected to perform hands-on work as needed, so proficiency in various handyman tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry is required. This position offers a salary of 1700$ per month and includes visa sponsorship for all nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of handymen to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair tasks
- Delegate tasks based on individual strengths and abilities
- Create schedules for the team to ensure efficient use of time
- Perform hands-on work as needed, including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns
- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies needed for jobs

Requirements:
- Proven experience in handyman work with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Solid knowledge of various handyman tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, painting, etc.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Time-management skills to create schedules and prioritize tasks
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor when needed
- Visa sponsorship available for all nationalities
