Hotel Sales Manager - Bungoma, Kenya


We are hiring a Hotel Sales Manager for our hotel in Bungoma, Kenya. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing efforts of the hotel to attract new guests and maintain relationships with existing clients. This is a full-time position that offers a salary of 1500$. Indians are preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals
- Identify potential clients and establish relationships to increase business opportunities
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and improve overall hotel performance
- Manage the sales team and provide training and guidance to achieve targets

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel sales or related field is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and ability to close deals
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
