Hotel Sales Manager
Location: Bungoma, Egypt (with visa sponsorship available)
Salary: $1300 per month


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Bungoma, Egypt. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a strong sales background in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue for the hotel
- Identify potential clients and build relationships to secure new business
- Maintain existing client relationships through excellent customer service and follow-up
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
- Train and mentor junior sales staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor others
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus
