Land Surveyor


We are a fast-growing surveying company based in Mombasa and we are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and providing accurate measurements and data to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and equipment, such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Collect and analyze survey data to determine property boundaries, elevations, and topographical features
- Prepare detailed reports, maps, and drawings based on survey results
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions based on survey findings
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times while conducting surveys

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying tools and software
- Knowledge of land surveying principles, techniques, and procedures
- Excellent mathematical skills for accurate measurements and calculations
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Mombasa. While we welcome applicants from all nationalities, preference will be given to Indian candidates.
