Cruise Line Customer Service Representative

As a Cruise Line Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers on board a cruise ship. Your main duties will include addressing customer inquiries and concerns, handling bookings and reservations, and assisting with on-board activities. You will also be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure the safety and satisfaction of all guests on the cruise.

The ideal candidate for this position should have previous customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry. Strong communication skills and the ability to speak multiple languages are highly desirable. A friendly and approachable demeanor is essential, as well as the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Assisting with booking and reservation processes
- Handling guest complaints and providing appropriate solutions
- Providing information about on-board activities and services
- Ensuring passenger safety by adhering to established protocols
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality or travel industry
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
- Basic computer skills

This is a full-time position with flexible hours. The salary for this role starts at $1700 per month. Accommodation and meals will be provided while on board the cruise ship. This job is based in Ar-Ruwais but may require international travel.
