Cruise Line Receptionist


We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our Cruise Line team in Ar-Ruwais. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests on board and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the ship's amenities, services, and activities
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails or inquiries from guests
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately
- Handle cash transactions for onboard purchases
- Assist with organizing and coordinating onboard events or activities
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or tourism is a plus
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or cruise ship setting
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month, along with accommodation, meals, and other benefits.
