Barista - Coffee Shop Bayan



We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team at our bustling coffee shop in Bayan. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving delicious coffee drinks to our customers, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and more
- Ensure consistency in quality and presentation of all coffee drinks
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering any questions they may have
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace by regularly cleaning equipment, counters, and tables
- Restock supplies as needed and keep track of inventory levels
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment is preferred
- Knowledge of different brewing methods and latte art is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
$1700 per month (plus tips)
