Restaurant Manager


We are currently seeking a Restaurant Manager for our busy Indian restaurant located in Eschen. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team of staff.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily operations of the restaurant
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction
- Train and manage staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
- Ensure high quality of food and beverage offerings, maintaining consistency and adhering to safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are available for daily operations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Create and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods at competitive prices
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Prepare budgets and financial reports for management review

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Indian languages is an asset)
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine is highly preferred
- Experience in budgeting, inventory management, and cost control
- Customer-oriented with a strong focus on providing exceptional service
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Eschen, Liechtenstein
