As a Gardener at our company in Al-Khor, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for our clients' gardens and outdoor spaces. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$, open to Indian candidates who are fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Perform regular garden maintenance tasks such as watering, weeding, pruning, and fertilizing
- Plant and arrange flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants according to client preferences
- Maintain clean and organized garden areas by removing debris and trash
- Monitor plant health and identify pests or diseases, taking appropriate action when necessary
- Operate gardening equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations for garden improvements
- Keep track of inventory for gardening supplies and equipment

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Gardener or similar role is required
- Knowledge of different types of plants, soil conditions, and gardening techniques
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and understand their preferences
- Ability to operate gardening equipment safely and effectively
