We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our multinational company in Moscow. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets, managing a team of sales representatives, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This is a contract job suitable for Indian nationals without English proficiency or prior experience, as accommodation and visa sponsorship will be provided. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to reach their individual goals
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities for management review
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the B2B sector
- Excellent communication skills in English or Hindi (no English proficiency required)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office suite is preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
