Merchandiser - Siauliai, Lithuania

We are in search of a detail-oriented and organized Merchandiser to join our team in Siauliai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring product displays and inventory levels in retail stores. Your main goal will be to increase sales by ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked.

Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail stores to ensure products are properly displayed and stocked
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with store managers regarding restocking needs
- Conduct market research to identify new merchandising opportunities
- Negotiate product placement and displays with store managers to maximize sales potential
- Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing product visibility and sales
- Collect data on consumer preferences, trends, and feedback to inform future merchandising decisions

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a merchandiser or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with market research techniques is a plus
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Valid visa for working in Lithuania (visa sponsorship available for non-EU nationals)
