Job Title: Contract Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects in Khanpur. As a Contract Construction Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of all construction projects within the given timeframe and budget. You will work closely with project teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure quality workmanship, adherence to safety regulations, and efficient use of resources.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor progress and quality of work at construction sites
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Manage project budgets and make necessary adjustments to control costs
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
