Commercial Architect

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, retail spaces, and restaurants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional, visually appealing spaces that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project objectives, budget, and timeline
- Create designs and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Research and comply with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility and success
- Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to design plans
- Make necessary changes or adjustments to designs as needed
- Develop cost estimates for materials, labor, and other expenses
- Conduct site visits during construction to ensure quality control

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Location: Faro, Portugal

Salary: $1100 per month

Employment Type: Full-time
