Waiter/Waitress in Doha, Qatar


We are looking for a friendly and professional waiter/waitress to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, taking orders and serving food and beverages. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely manner
- Present menus and explain menu items to guests
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Serve food and beverages according to established standards
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any guest inquiries or complaints with professionalism
- Process payments using POS system
- Assist with cleaning and resetting tables for new guests
- Maintain a clean and organized work station

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Team player with good time management skills
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs and stand for long periods of time
