We are in search of a compassionate and skilled Nurse to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Nurse, you will provide direct patient care and support to individuals of all ages. You will be responsible for monitoring and recording patient vitals, administering medications, assisting with procedures, and educating patients on self-care techniques. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for nursing and possess excellent communication and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care according to established protocols
- Monitor and record patient vitals, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
- Assist with medical procedures such as wound care or IV therapy
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans
- Educate patients on self-care techniques and provide resources for further education
- Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Valid nursing license issued by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCHS)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not required
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and ability to empathize with patients from diverse backgrounds
- Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail
