Nurse Supervisor

As a Nurse Supervisor in our healthcare facility located in Medina, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of care for our patients. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of nurses, providing guidance and support as needed

- Monitor patients' progress and update medical records accordingly

- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards

Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in nursing from an accredited institution
- Valid nursing license in the state of Medina
- Proven experience as a nurse supervisor or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and protocols
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
