Our 5-star hotel in Mecca is seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations. This position is open to Filipino nationals with a salary of $900 per month.

As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and implementing menus, managing food costs, training and supervising kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality food production, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, and collaborating with other departments to provide exceptional guest experiences.

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end hotel or restaurant. You must also have excellent leadership skills, strong knowledge of international cuisine and culinary techniques, and the ability to create unique and innovative dishes. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
