Office Assistant

We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Moscow. This position is open to Canadians, English speakers, and individuals with a biometric passport. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office. This includes managing phone calls and correspondence, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments and meetings, and assisting with various office tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have previous office experience, be bilingual in English and Russian, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. This is a part-time position with the option for accommodation if needed. Women are strongly encouraged to apply for this role.
