Junior Commercial Architect in Utena, Lithuania
We are in need of a talented and creative Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail stores, and industrial facilities. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a passion for architecture and wants to gain hands-on experience in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop designs that meet client requirements and adhere to building codes
- Prepare detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess feasibility of proposed designs
- Assist with creating project proposals, presentations, and cost estimates
- Participate in meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to present designs and address any concerns
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into designs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience working as an architect or intern
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Salary:
Salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
Location:
This position is based in Utena, Lithuania.
