Construction Project Manager

Responsible for overseeing construction projects in Utena, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. Must have strong leadership skills to manage a team of workers and subcontractors. Will be in charge of creating project timelines and schedules, coordinating with architects and engineers, negotiating contracts and budgets, and monitoring progress. Must have knowledge of building codes and regulations. This full-time position includes accommodation in Utena. Biometric passport preferred but not required. Suitable for men with experience in construction management. Salary is 900$ per month.

Construction Project Manager Job Duties:

- Manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines and schedules
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Negotiate contracts and budgets
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with building codes
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding project updates
- Manage a team of workers and subcontractors
